Flavor Profile

Comforting and classic. Think thick Belgian chocolate body, dried-fruit sweetness like figs, and a bright ribbon of orange on the finish. Smooth on its own, bold in milk.

Brewing Recommendations

• Espresso: 18 g in → 36–40 g out in 26–30 s at 9 bar, 92–93 °C. If it’s sharp, grind a touch coarser; if it’s flat, grind finer.
• Moka Pot (Bialetti): Fill the lower chamber with hot water to just below the valve. Level the basket with medium-fine grounds (do not tamp). Brew on low heat, lid open until the first flow, then close; stop when the stream turns blond.
• Automatic Machines: Use the “espresso” grind setting; select medium–high strength and a 30–40 ml shot. Flush the group before brewing for better temperature stability.
