Finca Chiquihuat 70% dark chocolate is a single-farm specialty bar made from cocoa grown in Naulingo, Sonsonate, El Salvador. On Chiquihuat farm, run by Herbert Betancourt, cocoa is hand-harvested, fermented and dried on raised beds to preserve a clean, elegant flavour. The result is a focused, long-finishing dark chocolate with a deep cocoa core.

Expect caramel, jasmine and delicate floral notes layered over rich dark cocoa. Bitterness is smooth and balanced, with a long, satisfying finish – more of a “sit down and savour” chocolate than a quick snack.

Perfect on its own, or paired with espresso or filter coffee.
